    I’ve realized that I spend most of my waking hours in a state of tension. It was crucial for me to deeply acknowledge this because, before, I would just say, ‘Yes, I’m always tense,’ and that was it. Now, I actually feel it in real-time.

    1. During the relaxation practices, I find it so pleasant to move slowly. It helps me unwind, and I fall asleep easily afterward.
